The Dallas Fuel have announced today on Twitter that they have signed Son “OGE” Min-seok, a former tank for CONBOX in Korea. OGE is a main tank player, and will rival xQc, Cocco, and Taimou for time at that position when he arrives. The team expects that OGE will not be in contention for Stage Two, but will arrive in time to play in Stage Three.

OGE joins a host of other former CONBOX players in the Overwatch League, with Asher having joined the Los Angeles Gladiators, Gamsu having joined the Boston Uprising, and Zunba joining the Seoul Dynasty. Additionally, former CONBOX player Architect is rumored to be close to signing with the San Francisco Shock.

Dallas has struggled with consistency at main tank this season. In Stage One the position was mostly held down by Cocco, with xQc suspended. In Stage Two, they’ve been trying out Taimou at the position and rotating in xQc as well, with Cocco staying on the bench.

None of the players at the position seem to have cemented themselves as the obvious starter, with the team struggling to find it’s identity. It looks likely that OGE will immediately slot in as the starter at the position when he arrives. Hopefully, by then Dallas will have figured out what their style of Overwatch will be.
