Temple of Anubis Video Analysis – Stage One Finals

Stage One’s Final was easily the best Overwatch action of 2019 so far. Vancouver remain undefeated after the dust settled, but the San Francisco Shock pushed them to their absolute breaking point. If you’ve ever wondered how Overwatch League action plays out at the per-play and individual movement level, you’ll enjoy our video review of one of the better maps in the series.

The Action

Our video analyst Björn took a look at the action as it unfolded on Temple of Anubis. This map was a constant back and forth between the teams. Nearly perfect plays, horribly unfortunate mistakes, mental games, and pure skill; this map had it all.

ToA was the Shock’s second map choice in the match, and San Francisco ended up with the victory here to go to 2-1 in the map score and put Vancouver on the back foot once again.
