The Shanghai Dragons find themselves facing off against the Houston Outlaws in the final match Wednesday. The Dragons continue to go from struggle to struggle as both of it’s DPS players are unable to play this week. But the Outlaws have been on the downswing as well, losing three of it’s last four matches. Will Houston be able to rally against the win-less Dragons? Or will new reinforcements from Korea translate into the first ever win for Shanghai.
A resurgent Florida Mayhem comes into week four hoping to challenge the struggling Los Angeles Valiant. With a reverse sweep against the Dallas Fuel and with the addition of flex Zappis to the roster, the Mayhem want to show a struggling L.A. Valiant that they are a team to be reckoned with. The first matchup Friday night sees the London Spitfire taking on the Boston Uprising. The last time these two teams faced off, underdog Boston dealt the seemingly unbeatable London their very first loss of the season with a surprise upset that took five maps for the Uprising to claim victory. Will history repeat itself or will the Spitfire take the win against the struggling team from Beantown?
The last game of week 2 is another Battle at the Bottom. Both the Shanghai Dragons and the San Francisco Shock are 0-3 in Stage 2 and each would like to keep from joining the Florida Mayhem with a 0-4 record at the end of week 2. The Dragons are especially hungry for a win as their league standing is currently 0-13 and are hoping that tonight will be their first win. The Shock is desperately trying to avoid becoming the team that lost to Shanghai.
The last game of Stage 1 saw bottom of the ladder Florida Mayhem facing off again the middle of the pack Philadelphia Fusion. Would the Fusion be able to keep their positive win rate alive and finish the stage at 6-4 or would the 1-9 Mayhem prove they could beat teams that haven’t gone 0-10 for the stage.

The final match of Friday night was between the hometown heroes Los Angeles Valiant facing off against the Shanghai Dragons. The Valiant needed to take down the Dragons 4-0 to give themselves their best shot at securing a Stage 1 title spot. The Dragons, with a 0-9 record for Stage 1, had one last chance to put a win on the board. Would either team be able to achieve their best possible outcome?
The first match of Friday in Week 4 was the San Francisco Shock facing off against the Florida Mayhem. Both teams had been winless since Week 2 and were in the bottom four teams of the league. With the Shock going into the match 2-5 verses the Mayhem 1-6, would San Francisco pull ahead or would Florida tie it up at a 2-6 record.
